9-15 May marks Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year's theme is loneliness.
Rape and sexual abuse can have a huge impact on your mental health and wellbeing, and can leave you feeling lonely and isolated.
You're not alone, we can help.
We support anyone over the age of 13 in Surrey who has been raped, sexually abused or had an unwanted sexual experience.
We offer adult, youth and family counselling, one-on-one support from our team of Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs) as well as a national telephone helpline offering advice and support four evenings a week. Visit our Get Support page for an overview of all our services, plus details of how to get in touch
We also have a selection of self help resources offering tips for mental wellbeing and some grounding exercises you can try.
For more support and tips to help you look after your mental health, visit the Mental Health Foundation's website.
