Complaints Policy

We are always looking to improve our services to ensure they meet the needs of the survivors that come to us for support, and we welcome your feedback on your experience with us.

 

If you feel the service you have received from us has not been to our expected standard, we would ask that you contact us in the first instance via admin@rasasc-guildford.org or 01483 568000 (Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm) and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.
