Experiencing intense trauma can have a profound effect on your wellbeing and mental health. Our self help resources can give you some tips on small things you can do to help look after yourself.


Please remember that everyone is different, and It’s up to you to decide what helps you. If it works, keep on doing it, but if it doesn’t, stop and try something else. If you need to talk, our helpline is open on Mondays – Thursdays from 7.30pm – 9.30pm on 01483 546400
