Men's Health Week

Men's Health Week runs from 13-19 June, encouraging men to look after their wellbeing

Today marks the start of Men’s Health Week 2022, encouraging men to look after their physical and mental health.

At RASASC we support all genders, however you identify, who have been raped, sexually abused or had an unwanted sexual experience.

Often, men can be more reluctant to come forward due to perceived social stigmas. At RASASC, all our services are free, and offer confidential, non-judgemental support and advice.

Our confidential helpline is open four evenings a week, from Monday to Thursday between 7.30pm-9.30pm on 01483 546400. We also offer counselling for adults, young people (aged 13-17) and families as well as one on one support from our Independent Sexual Violence Advisors.

If you need us, please get in touch: 01483 568000
