Chief Executive Officer
The delivery of all our services is overseen by our Chief Executive Officer, Daisy Anderson. Daisy is responsible for the day to day running of the charity. She ensures that RASASC continues to provide an excellent level of service to our clients, while also identifying new services that may support our clients in their recovery.
Daisy has a background in mental health support and charity sector management, as well as being a qualified counsellor with experience in intense trauma. She is passionate about improving access to services that aid recovery and enhance healing for survivors.
Doradztwo
Nasze usługi doradcze prowadzone są przez Susan, która ma ponad 20-letnie doświadczenie w poradnictwie urazowym w różnych organizacjach. Pracowała także w podstawowej opiece zdrowotnej w ramach NHS, oferując poradnictwo w leczeniu depresji, zaburzeń lękowych i urazów. Jako kierownik działu Susan nadzoruje nasze usługi doradcze oraz jest kierownikiem klinicznym i asesorem w zakresie doradztwa bezpośredniego.
Susan jest wspierana przez Josiaha, naszego Koordynatora ds. Doradztwa i Ninę, naszego Administratora ds. Doradztwa. Josiah i Nina zajmują się wszystkimi przychodzącymi skierowaniami do poradnictwa, a także współpracują z osobami znajdującymi się na liście oczekujących. Nadzorują komunikację zarówno z klientami, jak i doradcami oraz zapewniają naszym doradcom dostęp do wszelkich potrzebnych im szkoleń i wsparcia.
Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs)
Our team of Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs) is led by Sally, herself a practicing ISVA for over ten years. Sally has a long background in working with victims of crime. Her team bring lots of experience to RASASC, including previous roles in domestic abuse, child sexual exploitation, counselling, the police, a paramedic and the crown court

Helpline
Our confidential helpline is overseen by our Helpline Coordinator Lisette. Lisette has a wealth of experience supporting vulnerable clients, from a career working in drug and alcohol treatment both within the NHS and the charity sector, as well as ten years’ teaching experience.

Zbieranie funduszy
Our fundraising is managed by Helen. Helen has 20 years experience as a Fundraising Manager, working primarily in Trusts and Foundations, individual giving and charity governance. She has worked in a wide range of charitable sectors from education and wildlife conservation, to overseas development, women's empowerment and young people affected by trauma.
Alongside running her own company for 15 years, Helen trains third sector organisations in all aspects of fundraising and is particularly passionate about supporting small charities to deliver and develop their essential frontline services.
Communications
Our communications are managed by Kate. Kate has 20 years’ experience in communications, and has worked in press, brand and communications for both an international development charity and in the public sector. She also has experience working in domestic abuse, delivering training to agencies on preventing and reporting abuse as well as coordinating services for survivors.
Kate is responsible for all RASASC communications, including the website, social media, journalist enquiries and internal communications. She also works to increase engagement, to help highlight RASASC’s vital work.
Office Support

Finance
We employ a finance management consultancy to manage, oversee and ensure robust financial governance arrangements are in place.
Volunteers
Our work is supported by a team of dedicated volunteers, who are essential to the success of RASASC. They make an important contribution to our services, providing valuable support to our clients.
We have 29 fully qualified volunteer counsellors and 20 helpline volunteers. Other volunteer roles include group facilitation, support at events, fundraising support, and delivering awareness talks about our work.
