Our Helplines are for female and male callers, survivors of rape and sexual abuse and anyone supporting a survivor.
Anyone can ring.
Completely confidential, no need to give a name.
Our helplines are operated by specially trained female volunteers, who offer listening and emotional support to female and male callers.
Your calls are important, talk to us, we will not judge you. Please ring.
Counselling
All counselling is by self-referral, this means that you do not have to be referred by your GP or anyone else.
Please phone Felicity and leave your details on 07757 009840 on the answerphone.
When you call, if you get the answerphone, please leave your name, number and a short message and the best time for us to call you back. Please also say if a message can be left.
Counselling sessions are for female and male survivors and anyone supporting a survivor (family, partner, friends).
Unfortunately, we do have a waiting list.
We also have a list of private fee paying counsellors that we would recommend who may be able to see you privately and sooner if that is an option open to you.
