CPS review of guidance for rape prosecutors

RASASC welcome a new review from the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) which looks at the changing attitudes towards sexualised behaviour among young people.

As reported by the BBC , the CPS review makes recommendations for rape prosecutors aimed at challenging long-held rape myths and stereotypes.

The review was brought about following criticism of record-low rape convictions in England and Wales.
